Enhancement for Active Seniors (EASE)
Make Your Home Safer and Easier for Seniors
EASE is an HDB programme that helps make homes safer and easier for seniors to move around in.
Eligible households can receive subsidies for home improvements that support safety, mobility and daily living.

This logo reflects the heart and mission of Santunan Emas. It symbolises the trust to care for seniors with deep compassion, and it highlights the value of unity and appreciation for them with full respect and dignity.
Overall, this logo serves as a reminder that in Islam, preserving and honouring seniors is not merely a kindness, but an act of faith amanah that continues the love and care they have poured out throughout the generations.

How Does It Help?
Home improvements may include:
Grab bars in the bathroom or other areas of the home
Slip-resistant treatment for bathroom floors
A foldable shower seat

Lowering the bathroom entrance kerb
A handrail at the main entrance
Ramps or wheelchair access solutions where needed
Widening the bathroom entrance where suitable
Most of the cost is covered through Government subsidies.
