Santunan Emas is a weekly initiative by Masjid Al-Muttaqin, created to serve the elderly community with care, connection, and continuous learning.
Through meaningful sessions that combine Islamic guidance, active ageing, and social interaction, we aim to support seniors in living their golden years with purpose, dignity, and faith.
How Does It Help?
Support may include:
Receive additional subsidies for treatment at polyclinics and Public Specialist Outpatient Clinics.
Enjoy subsidies at participating CHAS GP and dental clinics.
Pioneer Generation seniors who need help with at least 3 daily activities may qualify for monthly cash support for their care needs.
Receive additional subsidies for MediShield Life premiums.
Pioneer Generation seniors receive annual MediSave top-ups for life.
This programme is especially helpful for seniors, as regular health checks can help detect health issues earlier and reduce the risk of chronic conditions.
