Silver Support Scheme
Extra Financial Support for Your Retirement
The Silver Support Scheme provides additional financial support to Singapore seniors who earned lower incomes during their working years and have fewer resources in retirement.
Eligible seniors receive cash payments every quarter to help them better manage their daily expenses.

How Does It Help?
Support may include:
Receive cash support every quarter to help with daily expenses.
Eligible seniors can receive up to $1,080 every quarter, depending on their household income and the type of HDB flat they live in.
Seniors with fewer financial resources may receive a higher amount of support.
Payments are made through PayNow-NRIC, a bank account registered with the Government or GovCash.

Through meaningful sessions that combine Islamic guidance, active ageing, and social interaction, we aim to support seniors in living their golden years with purpose, dignity, and faith.
How to Get Help
You do not need to apply for the Silver Support Scheme.
CPF Board automatically reviews the eligibility of Singapore Citizens aged 65 and above every year.
If you are eligible:
You will receive a notification from CPF Board.
Your payment will be made automatically every quarter.
You can also log in with Singpass to check your eligibility status.
